REGISTRATION COSTS

$1900 covers practice field rental, home game fields, an Adidas practice set, Strike Force home and away Adidas uniforms, an Adidas backpack, supplemental insurance through FYSA, being carded to FYSA and registered to Miami Strike Force, and all coaching fees.

option 1: paid in full June1st $1900

option 2: 4 equal payments of $475.00, due June 1, August 1, October 1 and December 1. After the 10th of the month the player's card will be removed from the roster until payment has been made.

The fee does not include tournament costs, referee fees or traveling costs for the coach beyond Dade and Broward counties (.50 per mile, hotel and meals).
