Summer training is necessary. Goals for early August (to be tested):

  1. Players should be able to achieve a '14' on the beep test (this is a baseline for August-our ultimate goal is a '15.5')

  2. Run two consecutive miles in 17 minutes.

  3. Complete 50 push ups in a minute.

  4. Jump rope for two minutes straight.

  5. In addition, they should be capable of doing 'touches on top' for two minutes straight, and juggling the ball a minimum of twenty times without dropping it.
